Self-Service Car Wash Control
The AutoCASHIER from the eTM Series is an automated electronic ticketing machine operating as a payment and control station for interfacing to a car wash facility. It is capable of handling numerous fee structures and offers a choice of reliable self-service customer payment options and dispenses receipts.
ROBUST CONSTRUCTION
The AutoCASHIER has a small footprint and a compact gently curved slim-line profile. Finished in a powder coated aluminium extrusion it is engineered for superior strength and durability and is highly resistant to vandalism. Strong corrugated fins on its sides add to its aesthetic appeal inhibiting the adhesion of posters and makes application of unsightly graffiti difficult. The modular design means that no tools are required to replace internal components.
Designed for the outdoors the AutoCASHIER is installed with a strong foundation cradle. The optional EZIShelter fits to the cradle and can be integrated at any time.
USER FRIENDLY WITH WAIT FACILITY
The large backlit colour display screen can be read in any light and on-screen graphics can be individually customised with logos and colours to reflect the client’s brand and image.
Up to four (4) service selection buttons with automatic queuing enables customers to carry out transactions while the car wash is still in use.
SECURE PAYMENT METHODS
Credit Card
All communications with the Credit-card payment service bureau and optional web based remote monitoring and management system are supported by SSL encryption. The AutoCASHIER does not store any identifiable customer information or user authentication credentials. The Card Reader facility is built-in but the slot can be blanked off until required in the future.
Notes and coins with change giving
Banknotes can be entered in any direction, and inserted coins replenish the change giving mechanism reducing the need for reloading. Surplus coins fall to the secure coin vault, and validated banknotes are stored neatly in a lockable note stacker.
INTERNAL PRINTER
The thermal printer allows site staff to print audit, revenue and cash removal reports. GST receipts are automatically dispensed to customers.
Ticket rolls are easily reloaded with up to 2,000 tickets per roll.
