This meter’s burnished appearance brought parking meters into line with current conventions as ‘Street Furniture’ fashioned for truly modern towns and cities.
Similar in design but with a smaller footprint the New METRO Pay and Display Meter has superseded this GLOBAL pay and display model, however the GLOBAL cabinet is still used today for the CHS range of ticketing systems and Car Park Solutions such as self-service payment stations for car park terminals, controllers and pay-on-foot systems.
